How We Ship Fresh Soursop

We carefully pack every soursop fruit fresh from harvest, sealed with ice-cold shipping packs to keep it cool during overnight delivery.

Surface Mold is Normal

Because soursop is a tropical fruit that ripens quickly, sometimes a little surface mold can appear during transit. This happens from natural condensation inside the package.
The good news is: it does not mean your fruit is spoiled. Simply rinse or gently wash off the outer mold — the inside of the soursop remains fresh, safe, and delicious.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, the responsibility falls on the carrier (UPS or FedEx). Please file a claim directly with the carrier for reimbursement. We’ll gladly provide tracking and shipment details to support your claim.

Soursop Ripening Process

Fresh & Firm (Unripe): Bright green with firm skin. Not ready to eat yet.
Ripening: The skin begins to darken with a few soft spots. This is completely normal and shows the fruit is maturing.
Ripe & Ready to Enjoy: The fruit feels softer to the touch, and the skin may have dark patches or slight bruising. This does not mean the fruit is spoiled—it means it’s sweet, juicy, and ready to eat.
